Refund Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of the date of purchase.
- Refund requests must be made by sending an email to “nk9@outlook.in”. In the email, please provide your name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for the cancellation.
Refund Process:
- Upon receipt of your email, our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If your request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- Please allow up to 5-7 working days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions:
- After 7 days from the date of purchase, refunds will be provided but with a deduction of 40%
- Refunds will not be granted for any purchases if request is made after 30 days.
